Vineyard producing grapes for top vintners

Rampage Vineyard is a 1,544-acre working vineyard located approximately three miles northwest of Fresno in a growing residential area.

Rampage produces Pinot Grigio, Viognier, Chardonnay, Merlot and Zinfandel, which is regularly sold on the spot market to major wineries such as Gallo, Bronco, Delicato, Fetzer, O’Neill and ASV.

HomeFed also owns 95 acres adjacent to Rampage Vineyards, which have been planted with almonds. Full production is expected to commence in 2019.

Planning under way for possible future community

While the property has not been entitled for development, a conceptual land use plan has been created that envisions a future master-planned community with approximately 6,000 residential units, mixed-use commercial properties, schools (three elementary, a middle school and high school), parks and lakes.
