Chris Foulger is a Vice President of HomeFed Corporation. Since joining the company in 2005, he has been responsible for acquisitions, new business opportunities and overseeing the company’s communities and real estate assets in Maine, New York, Virginia and South Carolina. He is also responsible for commercial real estate developments in California. Previously, Foulger was Vice President of Cottonwood Partners, an office building developer and pension fund advisor with assets throughout the country. A member of the Urban Land Institute, Foulger has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
